Buscamos prevenir enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas y asegurar que llegues a tu madurez con la m\u00e1xima vitalidad posible<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mirando el ADN: Tel\u00f3meros y Edad Biol\u00f3gica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo sabemos tu edad real? No adivinamos, medimos. En nuestros programas m\u00e1s avanzados, como el <strong>Nivel 3 (Perfil \u00c9lite de Longevidad)<\/strong>, utilizamos biomarcadores precisos que nos cuentan la historia de tu envejecimiento a nivel celular<sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de nuestros marcadores clave es la medici\u00f3n de <strong>tel\u00f3meros<\/strong> (por ejemplo, con tecnolog\u00eda <em>Life Length<\/em>)<sup><\/sup>. Los tel\u00f3meros son los \u00abcapuchones\u00bb protectores de tu ADN; su longitud es un indicador directo de tu envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico y riesgo celular. Este dato nos permite dise\u00f1ar estrategias para frenar su acortamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la b\u00e1scula: DEXA y Composici\u00f3n Corporal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro error com\u00fan es pensar que estar delgado es sin\u00f3nimo de estar joven o sano. El peso es un dato incompleto.
