El problema en Espa\u00f1a es que tratamos el estr\u00e9s como un estado de \u00e1nimo subjetivo, cuando en realidad es una respuesta fisiol\u00f3gica cuantificable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>European Wellness (EW)<\/strong>, cambiamos la narrativa: <strong>El estr\u00e9s no es solo una sensaci\u00f3n, es un dato biol\u00f3gico medible<\/strong>.
